Our stay was fantastic, especially the live rock music at the bar and the spacious room with comfortable beds. I also loved the welcome surprises for my birthday! Would definitely return.

There are reasonable prices in the property. Wonderful hotel with responsive stuff, has unbeatable location in the area. Everything is fine, the room is brand-new and good standard with soap and an AC and new shampoos. The atmosphere of the property is quiet.

Great location just off Market restaurant and Marble arch tube station and shopping area, cafes and restaurants were walk from the hotel. We had an excellent breakfast, greatly enjoyed the meal with muffins.

Location is top, rooms are basically ok, tidy bed / functional bathroom with understandable water system, but already quite battered.

Renovation urgently necessary. Facade looks also quite run down, you do not expect this in top location, Marble Arch.

Central location, directly next to the underground station Marble Arch. Very well located for shopping, directly on Oxford Street.

Breakfast was too expensive. Coffee and tea should be in the room, but only from the 2nd day.
